This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all services and products offered via https://astrosevatalk.com, operated by AstroVeda Services Private Limited. By making a purchase or booking a service on our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Non-Refundable Services
Please note that all astrology consultations, personalized reports, online puja bookings, remedies, and digital services offered on AstrosevaTalk are based on user-provided data and are customized as per individual birth details. Therefore:
- No refund shall be applicable once the service has been booked and/or processed.
- The customer is responsible for providing accurate birth information. Incorrect or incomplete data will not qualify for a refund.
2. Physical Products (Gemstones, Rudraksha, Yantras, etc.)
- We only accept return requests in case the product delivered isdamaged, defective, or incorrect.
- To be eligible, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery, along with unboxing video proof.
- Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, as applicable.
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
3. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders for personalized services (like reports or pujas) cannot be cancelled once they are placed and processed.
- For physical product orders, cancellation requests can be raised within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not been shipped.
4. Delays & Exceptional Situations
- In rare situations like natural calamities, technical failures, or astrologer unavailability, the service might be delayed.
- We will notify you and offer an option for rescheduling or store credit, but not a refund.
